  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process

  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements

  • Work toward individual performance goals and key performance indicators

Whether you support Nursing or Allied, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to build a successful career in travel healthcare recruiting.

Our successful recruiters are resilient, coachable, competitive, and motivated by achieving goals.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a relationship-driven or sales-oriented role, including inside or outside sales, college admissions, hospitality, bartending, serving, insurance, real estate, business development, or another customer-facing environment

  • A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships

  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with people you've never met

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A competitive mindset and desire to meet and exceed performance goals

  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back from challenges

  • A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve

  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Preferred Experience

While not required, additional experience may include:

  • Healthcare or travel healthcare

  • High-volume sales or business development

  • Working toward daily or weekly performance metrics and KPIs

  • Building a sales pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities

Compensation, Training and Benefits

  • $45,000 base salary plus uncapped performance-based compensation

  • Full-time employment beginning with our paid Recruiter-in-Training program on November 16, 2026

  • Structured training with dedicated mentors and ongoing coaching

  • Remote work environment

  • Career growth opportunities

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1

  • 401(k) with company match

  • PTO plus 8.5 paid holidays

  • Pet coverage and additional voluntary benefits

This Role Is Sales-Focused Recruiting

Success in this role comes from building relationships, creating urgency, overcoming objections, staying persistent, and helping healthcare professionals take the next step in their careers.

If you're looking for a career where your effort, relationship-building skills, and performance directly impact your success, we'd love to hear from you.
