PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the EXECUTIVE SUPPORT STAFF, DETACHMENT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM (Code 100DIT) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.


  • You will, through subordinate divisions, oversee the development and execution of program requirements to support Submarine Rotational Force-West (SRF-W) Australia Maintenance Activity (AMA).
  • You will establish the Department's priorities and programs to ensure that AMA programs receive required operational support necessary to support Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard's (PHNSY) mission.
  • You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for Australia Detachment work.
  • You will give advice, counsel and instruct to individual employees on both technical and administrative matters.
  • You will act as the lead for all AUKUS Initiatives and define the SRF-W Australia Maintenance Activity (AMA) command and control roles.
  • You will serve as a recognized authority, responsible to coordinate formulation of a multi-year strategic plan and to monitor progress toward accomplishment of objectives.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and interpreting broad policy; determining budget requirements; directing staff effort to implement long and short-range plans; coordinating and liaising with internal and external organizations; and providing direction for the planning, coordination and execution of operations to improve overall Shipyard operations.
