PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Special Projects Division, Radiological Control Department of PSNS and IMF. GS-09 Salary Range: $69,373 - $90,190 GS-11 Salary Range: $83,935 - $109,122


  • You will serve as a functional program analyst for information handling services, specifications, and standards.
  • You will assist in the management of systems architecture and design, troubleshooting and complex system resolution, lifecycle maintenance planning, project management, and analysis of systems for optimal performance.
  • You will conduct risk analysis and then design/build solutions for information assurance (IA) security concerns.
  • You will develop and design custom sites (i.e. Master pages, sub-sites, team sites, blogs, databases, and basic sites), create custom lists and libraries, permission management, site content navigation.
  • You will be responsible for managing divisional SharePoint sites and utilizing specialized knowledge of SharePoint and its lists and libraries.

Requirements

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and identifying technical or administrative issues to plan, recommend and implement process improvements and solutions and managing organizing digital data to assess impact on divisional operations. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying technical or administrative issues and recommending improvements, and organizing information in a digital environment.
