We are looking for an operations manager to join our growing leadership team. You will be responsible for inspiring leadership for the operation of one of our company's lines of business. This will require you to make significant policy and strategic decisions and create and implement operational policies and procedures. When necessary, you will also assist our Human Resources department with recruiting and contribute to the creation of a work environment that boosts morale and productivity.
Requirements
A associate's degree in operations management or a field closely related to it.
Leadership, management, and operations expertise
Comprehension of budgeting and general finance, including cash flow management, profit and loss, and balance sheet
Ability to reach consensus and establish relationships with partners, employees, and managers.
Exceptional communication abilities
Solid understanding of financial management.
