Lead Recreation Assistant NF-03
This position is located at Rumpel Fitness Center, Fort McCoy, WI. This announcement has been extended. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
- Leads a staff of 3-12 employees who perform work up to the NF-0189-03 level. Leads and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis. Sets the pace of work to be performed. May train lower graded or new employees.
- Instructs and/or assists in group fitness classes and proper exercise techniques, proper use of equipment to prevent injury, safety measures, cardiovascular training, stretching, weight training, water aerobics.
- Supports aquatic facility through lifeguarding and instructing and/or assisting with swim lessons.
- May be required to help plan, conduct, publicize and arrange support for a variety of sponsored events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
- May be required to operate a government vehicle. Performs other duties as assigned.
