There will be on the job training and classroom training for 4 years as you go through your apprentiship program. Our feild of work is in the construction indestry, many jobs could be working on ladders or scafolds in hot or cold conditions putting on insulation.

Starting wage is $19.45 plus health and retirement benfits GI Bill approved, Veterans can collect a BAH as an E-5 with dependents on top of weekly pay.


Requirements

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license may be required, especially for jobs that involve travel to different sites.


Teamwork and Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 


Indoor and Outdoor Work: Insulators work in various environments, including construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and outdoor settings.


Confined Spaces: Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, depending on the job requirements.
