Union contractor. Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial buildings. This role involves working on a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The technician may also be responsible for emergency service calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
