Job Description:Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:- Dumping and loading railcars and trucks- Operating a grain dryer- Assisting with grain handling- Performing general housekeeping duties- Performing general maintenance as neededJob Requirements:To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:- Be committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all company safety procedures.- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.- Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted.- Be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work effectively in a team environment.- Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude.- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
