Candidates with experience supporting CNC machines, compressors, ovens, autoclaves, test stands, manufacturing equipment, or aerospace production environments are strongly encouraged to apply.What You"ll Do* Support weekend facilities and manufacturing equipment maintenance across a busy aerospace production site.* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and shop floor support equipment.* Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and keep operations running efficiently.* Support equipment such as CNC machines, mills, lathes, compressors, ovens, test stands, presses, autoclaves, and related manufacturing systems.* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general facility equipment issues.* Follow lockout/tagout, safety, and maintenance procedures when performing service work.* Document maintenance activity, repairs, inspections, and completed PM tasks.* Partner with production, facilities, and maintenance leadership to support uptime, safety, quality, and weekend production goals.What We"re Looking For* High School Diploma or GED required.* Facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.* Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.* Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs in a production environment.* Ability to work independently on weekend shift with limited supervision.* Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.* Must be able to work onsite in Valencia, CA.* Must meet ITAR facility requirements.* Must be able to complete a 7-year background check and 5-panel drug screen.Preferred Experience* Aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing facility experience.* Experience maintaining or troubleshooting CNC machines, mills, lathes, ovens, autoclaves, compressors, test stands, presses, or similar industrial equipment.* Knowledge of lockout/tagout, NFPA 70E, OSHA safety practices, and safe troubleshooting procedures.* Experience using a CMMS or maintenance tracking system.* Ability to support emergency repairs, equipment recovery, and production uptime.Why This Opportunity Stands Out* This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Facilities Service Technician who wants steady weekend work with a respected aerospace manufacturer. * You will help keep critical production equipment running, support weekend output, and play a key role in reducing downtime across a high-quality manufacturing operation.* If you are a dependable facilities or industrial maintenance technician with strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance experience, this weekend shift opportunity could be a great fit.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
