Who You Will Be Working With
You will join a specialized state regulatory bureau responsible for overseeing and processing mandated background clearances to ensure the safety and integrity of healthcare providers across the region.

Major Duties
- Execute high-volume, accurate data entry and routine data analysis within complex state tracking databases.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, professionally handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Process, log, and route incoming faxes, digital correspondence, and physical mail efficiently to meet strict bureau timelines.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support to ensure mandated criminal history record checks are completed without delay.
- Adapt to special assignments and routine administrative tasks as specifically directed by program leadership.
What Are We Looking For?
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2–5 years of high-accuracy data entry experience with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of professional telephone experience in a high-volume office or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally with consumers, providers, and leadership.
- Proven ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Access.

- Compensation: $24.00 per hour
- Duration: Long-term Contract / Ongoing (1+ year)
- Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Location: Albany, NY 12206 (On-site)
