Incorporating data driven decision making, this position will analyze large amounts of data for manufacturing trends and directly influence decision making on a daily/weekly basis. Data Analyst job duties:* Writing Excel Macros, manipulating data, automating reports * Lead and support projects, schedule meetings, report out information, and demonstrate successful methods to work around roadblocks or delays.* Evaluate data pull processes and recommend/implement process improvements* Develop reporting processes, create work instructions, develop process improvements which may include automating data pulls and reporting, integrating multiple data reports, and standardizing methods.Qualifications:* BS Degree in Data, Finance, Business, STEM, or other related disciplines* One or more years of work experience in a customer facing role in an engineering or manufacturing environment* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot charts/tables are a must have* Experience with VBA Macros and/or PowerBI is highly preferred* Exposure to SAP preferred* Strong self-management, with the ability to work independently and as a team * Must be outgoing, enjoy solving problems, and be an excellent communicator (written and verbal). * US Citizenship required due to the nature of the workIf you are interested in this Data Analyst job in Windsor, CT please apply via the 'apply now' link provided.Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
