Contract Closeout Specialist - CMS /Chester

Knowledge/Experience -Highly proficient in MS Office products, Word, Excel, Access and Google Docs with or without adaptive technology. Working knowledge of business communications practices and procedures, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Experience, knowledge or training in the areas of Business, Accounting and/or Finance. Proficient at basic math skills.

Skills/Abilities- Ability to be trained on various Government systems used to perform contract closeout. To interpret and analyze information. Good analytical and independent problem-solving skills. To function in a team environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.  To comprehend written closeout center standard operating procedures, sound verbal and written communication skills. Perform duties without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions and to accurately conduct self-research and contact outside entities for contract completion document.
